For those students whose interest is in a specific areas of Studio Arts, our Study Certificates offer a comprehensive design addressing your professional goals. The class selection has been pre-planned in order to allow students to follow the most appropriate course sequence in the area of study that they wish to pursue.
The programs are offered on a two-year or one-year basis, starting in the Fall and in the Spring semesters. Students may also enroll on a single semester basis. Beginning students must enroll in the first semester of the first year course sequence. Students with prior knowledge of the selected field of study will have an assessment and/or portfolio review.

Professional Study Certificates - Our Professional Study Certificates are designed for students who have a solid background in the areas of Restoration and Conservation, Fashion Design, Interior Design and Jewelry Design. They provide specific skills in each of these areas by combining theoretical with practical work.

FUA, Florence University of the Arts, is a private Italian institution located in the historical center of Florence. The Metallo Nobile school was established in 1998 and is located in the old part of Florence, a stone's throw from the Ponte Vecchio, in the arts and crafts quarter. The school premises are in a historic building with classrooms for drawing and designing both by hand and by computer, and a large, fully-equipped workshop with individual professional workbenches, and the instruments and tools needed for the various specialisations as well as machinery for complete-cycle casting.
A passion for handwork and metalworking techniques is fundamental for creating jewellery, and a knowledge of workshop practices is indispensable for the developing creative abilities.This is why the school allows students to practice in open studio after school hours with the help of a teaching assistant. Courses are built around the needs of both newcomers to this craft and also those who already have some basic knowledge and wish to gain specialisation.
- The school offers each student free use of the workshop for 8 hours of open studio a week.

Courses in Art: Painting and Drawing techniques
In the cradle of the Renaissance
The school has its premises in a 19th century building in the center of Florence in front of the Bargello National Museum.
The area is close to the Cathedral and the Palazzo Vecchio, the town hall.
The student is literally immersed in the artistic, historical and cultural heart of Florence, the "cradle of the Renaissance", within walking distance of the most prestigious monuments of the Romanesque, Gothic and the 15th century art.
Drawing and Painting Courses
Students have the opportunity to attend our Art courses either in English or in Italian. They can be easily introduced into basic drawing and painting techniques or improve their artistic skills by studying traditional techniques such as oil, watercolour and fresco. At the beginning of each workshop teachers will evaluate the students’ skills and help them to establish their goals.

In addition to the regular Art courses it is possible to take shorter courses and study for example the Fresco or Life drawing techniques with models posing in the nude, as well as attend the preparatory course for the admission exam to the Fine Art Italian Academies. Art History courses
Florence is an open-air museum and as such it should be explored by our students with the help of teachers and guides. Our courses in History of Art are meant to be a journey of rediscovery of the visual arts which flourished in Tuscany in the Middle Ages and the Renaissance period. Visits to the most important museums of Florence such as the Uffizi Gallery, the Academy Gallery, the Pitti Palace, are offered on a monthly basis.
We are retailers of accessories and replacement parts of the managed apparatuses: transformers of line, display lcd for notebook and monitor ended, inner parts and quant' other necessary one to their repair.

The Jewellery School Perseo founded by Sieni Fabio and Massimo Campaioli in 1998. The school is situated in the historic center of Florence in the district of Santa Croce. The training courses are aimed both at those who approach for the first time in this area and who already possess basic elements, seek to further the specialized techniques.
The teachers are all professionals and are an important link between students and the world of work. Active with the courses: Jewelry, Jewelry, Precious Stones stone, Working Wax, engraving, embossing and chisel, Florentine Stile and Gemmology. Our students are immersed in real work in our school based on how the Bottega Artigiana.
Classes are held morning and afternoon every day from Monday to Friday.
